Bronze

When it’s broken and you just want it fixed, our bronze service is the ideal Pay-As-You-Go solution. Suited to small business that prefer some assistance in the event that any technology issues should arise. The bronze plan is a quick and easy, done service. A support specialist will schedule a visit, quote the work involved, and on your acceptance lodge a request, carry out the work and settle your account upon completion. Our seamless process takes out any guess work related to service fees and charges.

Silver

The silver plan is our entry-level managed serviced plan, tailored to clients that need a more hands-on approach and overall IT management. This is primarily targeted at the metro small-to-medium businesses, ranging from 5 to 50-staff maximum. Support includes both capped remote IT support and optional onsite servicing, along with a range of additions that are custom to your business. This is then conveniently added to your account along with any other charges and billed on our agreed terms.

Gold

The gold plan is our premium IT service and comes with the same great advantages of the silver plan. It is a suitable cost-effective IT solution for any sized business that is looking for the Virtual CIO experience at a fixed-fee IT service. Clients must meet our minimum requirements to be accepted. Once approved you’ll receive a new level of IT support that just keeps getting better. The Gold package is modular and consists of a number of benefits to meet individual business needs, and comes with VIP status.
